Proverbs 11

Proverbs 11
24 One person gives freely, yet gains even more;
   another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.
 25 A generous person will prosper;
   whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.

These verses mean that people who share their wealth and help others will eventually get blessed
and have even more wealth to help the poor. These people will be rewarded for their kind actions
while those who are not willing to share will be poor.

Action Steps:
1: Share my things for the people who are in need.
2: Encourage people who have low self-esteem.

Proverbs 10

Proverbs 10
8 The wise in heart accept commands,
   but a chattering fool comes to ruin.
21 The lips of the righteous nourish many,
   but fools die for lack of sense.

These verses mean that wise people listen while foolish people whine. Righteous people speak good things to others and refresh them while foolish people who lack common sense say strange things and get embarrassed. For example, Abraham accepted the command of God to kill his son and got a reward. On the other hand, people who chatted foolish things when Noah was building the ark died when the great flood killed them.

Action Steps:
1: listen to people in authority and respect them.
2: say good things others and encourage them.
